Terms And Conditions

Welcome to Easy Tour Nepal. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, policies, and guidelines that apply when booking and traveling with us. By confirming a booking with Easy Tour Nepal, you agree to these terms. We encourage you to read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

1. General Conditions

  • Easy Tour Nepal is a registered local tour operator in Nepal specializing in cultural, city, adventure, and nature tours (not trekking).

  • All bookings are accepted based on the understanding that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

  • The company reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our official website.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • To confirm your booking, you must provide accurate personal details (full name, nationality, contact information, and any special requirements).

  • A booking confirmation email will be sent once we have received the necessary deposit/payment.

  • You are responsible for checking all details on the confirmation and informing us immediately of any discrepancies.

3. Payment Policy

  • A deposit (percentage may vary by tour) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • The balance must be paid before the start of the tour, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment gateway, or other approved methods.

  • All transaction fees (bank/transfer charges) are the responsibility of the client.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation by Client:

    • More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund (minus transaction fees).

    • 15–30 days before the tour: 50% refund.

    • Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.

  • Cancellation by Easy Tour Nepal:

    • If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, political unrest, etc.), we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour of equal value.

  • Refunds will be processed in the same method used for payment.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal and travel information.

  • Holding a valid passport, visa, travel permits, and insurance (where applicable).

  • Following local laws, cultural norms, and the instructions of our guides.

  • Ensuring personal health and fitness for participation in chosen tours.

  • Respecting the environment, heritage sites, and communities you visit.

6. Company Responsibilities

Easy Tour Nepal is committed to:

  • Delivering services as described in your confirmed itinerary.

  • Ensuring safety, professionalism, and reliability during your trip.

  • Providing knowledgeable guides, comfortable transport, and quality services.

  • Assisting with emergencies to the best of our ability.

However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections.

  • Loss or damage of personal belongings.

  • Illness, injury, or accidents not caused by our negligence.

  • Natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or force majeure events.

7. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and personal liability.

  • Easy Tour Nepal is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

8. Health and Safety

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

  • While we prioritize safety, participation in tours is at your own risk.

  • Our guides are trained to assist in case of emergencies, but medical costs are the traveler’s responsibility.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used only for booking and communication purposes.

  • We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties, except as required for providing tour services (e.g., hotel or airline bookings).

10. Changes to Itinerary

  • Minor changes to itineraries may occur due to weather, road conditions, cultural events, or other factors beyond our control.

  • We will always strive to provide equal or better alternatives if changes are necessary.

  • No refunds will be made for unused services due to client decisions (e.g., leaving a tour early).

11. Complaints and Feedback

  • If you encounter any issues during your tour, please inform your guide or our office immediately so we can resolve them on the spot.

  • Written complaints should be submitted within 15 days after the end of the tour.

  • Your feedback is highly valued, as it helps us improve our services.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal.

  • Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with Easy Tour Nepal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
